International Commodity Investment, Inc. Case No. 78-6508-CA-Atkins, United States District court for the Southern District of Florida.  Firm appointed as Receiver for commodity brokerage firm engaged in fraud.

Commodity Futures Trading Commission vs. International Gold Exchange, Inc., et al., Case No. 79-3558-Civ-Davis, United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Lyons retained as Attorney for Receiver in case involving fraudulent sale of gold futures.

Securities and Exchange Commission vs. United Monetary Services, Inc., et al., Case No. 83-8540-Civ-Paine, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Farrar appointed as Receiver and firm retained as counsel in fraudulent investment scheme case.

Securities and Exchange Commission vs. Charles Phillip Elliott, et al., Case No. 89-65-Civ-FTM-22B, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Mr. Farrar appointed as Receiver and firm retained as counsel in massive securities fraud case involving $65 million in claims.

Commodity Futures Trading Commission vs. De Gol Enterprises, Inc., et al., Case No. 92-7158-Civ-Roettger, United States District Court, for the Southern District of Florida.  Ms. Lyons appointed as Receiver and firm retained as counsel in fraudulent commodities pool scheme.

Commodity Futures Trading Commission vs. Midland Case No. 97-7422-Civ-Dimitrouleas, United States District Court, for the Southern District of Florida.  The firm was appointed as counsel for the Receiver in connection with a fraudulent commodities pool scheme.

Commodity Futures Trading Commission vs. Europacific Case No. 99-6560-Dimitrouleas, United States District Court, for the Southern District of Florida.  Ms. Lyons was appointed Receiver for the Defendants in connection with a fraudulent commodity pool scheme operating out of South Florida and targeting investors throughout the United States.
