Documents

The buttons on the top allow you to view and print a variety of documents. Security is in place which limits some documents to access by named Plaintiffs only. Many of these private documents contain sensitive and/or privileged information. It is your responsibility to safeguard this data in both its printed and electronic form.

Document Use and Classification

Choose documents at the left to view, download, and print (subject to your access privileges) the Documents in the following categories:

Legal Documents
Administrative Documents
Attorney Bios
Attorney Communications
News & Press Reports

System use note:When attempting to view documents other than PDF files (e.g. Word, Excel), you must have the application open prior to choosing the view option. This requirement does not apply when downloading or using PDF files.
