If you do not wish to be a named party plaintiff but
do wish to be noted as an interested member of the class actions, please fill
out the form at the left.
If the litigation is successful and a class action is certified, the Web Page
Sponsors will attempt to notify you by email so that you can affirmatively elect
to be included in the certified class. However, if a class is not certified,
only the named parties will likely receive any refund or other benefits from the
litigation.
